and on Sunday noon from 12.30pm to 2pm

On every first Thursday of a month, Hotel & Spa Les Violettes**** proposes an evening under the sign of conviviality.

It includes a dinner cocktail and a themed dinner (beverages included) with music, at a price of €79 per person.

During these days you can benefit from a preferred rate for the stay in our 4 star hotel, thanks to the package proposed at EUR 179 for a double room, including the overnight stay in a Superior double room with balcony and view of the pool, breakfast and access to the SPA. (rate valid for one or two persons)

Portrait of the Chefs

Le Jardin des Violettes proposes a menu card which combines tradition with modernism.

The duo of chefs, originating from two different generations with Eric Buck and Loïc Bosc,, represents a team in which everybody inputs his experience and his creativity.

Chef Eric Buck honed his skills in Alsace, Corsica and the Alps to acquire a wide regional experience. Loïc Bosc, a young chef who worked at the best restaurants in Alsace, was trained at the very famous Auberge de l'Ill (3 Michelin stars since more than 40 years) and finalised his training at the Arnsbourg in Baerenthal. With the experience of starred restaurants, Loïc Bosc has acquired a technique and a creativity which are unique.

This duo of chefs from two distinct generations is an absolute asset for the diversity of the menu card of our restaurant.
